Welcome
In order to comply with the requirements of social distancing, it is no longer possible to climb into your campervan together, when you arrive, to explain how everything works.
Instead, this short series of videos aims to familiarise you with your campervan, and answer the key questions we are usually asked.
Please take the time to watch each video, to ensure you are comfortable with how to get the most from your campervan hire. You can use the form at the end of the page to ask any questions.
Once you are happy, please submit the form, with your booking reference number, to confirm that you have watched the virtual handover and that you understand the content.
When you collect your campervan, it will be ready to drive away, with the key in the ignition. At this point, I will be able to answer further questions, and offer guidance from a suitable distance.
It feels strange to avoid hand shakes (and sometimes hugs!) but it’s important that we do everything we can to comply with the social distancing rules. Please forgive the terrible recording on my phone, and even worse the lockdown haircut courtesy of my son!
